Guidelines for submission:

1) Guest writer should submit their article on an election related issue in MS-Word format.  We do not have any restrictions on content, except for the obvious in terms of language.

2) All submissions should be sent as an email attachment to info@elections2000.ky

A corresponding post will be made by a Moderator in the elections2000 discussion forum indicating the topic and also providing a hyperlink to the text of the submission.  A reference and a link will also be included in our newsletter.
